My husband is from Massachusetts and I am from California. We both travel for work and it was a top priority for me to find someone with detailed knowledge of the local area and a keen understanding of our unique needs. Soraia was very prompt to respond to my intitial phone call and was so helpful and energetic to help us get started. Her in-depth knowledge of all aspects of the home buying process really gave us confidence that she was truly working in our best interest at all times. She knew what elements were vital in a new home, what situations raised a red flag, when to pull back, and when to be more aggressive. All the while calming our roller coaster of ups and downs as we navigated our first home purchase. It was truly a blessing that she returned that first phone call and we were privileged to have such a dedicated and knowledgeable person by our side through it all.

Soraia was very thorough and made sure to fully explain all details relating to our offers and deposits. This meant aggressive pre-shopping open houses over the weekend and narrowing it down to homes we wanted to show my husband when we were both available. After thorough hunting over the weekend, Soraia was incredibly quick to follow up with seller's agents and set up showings for us the very next Monday or Tuesday. Because our schedules were so strict, she had to meet us with an incredible flexibility and she rose to the challenge.

We can't say enough about Soraia. She is truly a professional in her field and her knowledge of all aspects of the home buying process really made it an easy and enjoyable experience for us.

She helped us find a mortgage loan when We were turned Down by our own loan officer at the final stage of our loan. She is the only reason we have a house. She was polite, understanding and patient the entire process. She was truly considerate of what we needed and that was her bottom line, not her commission! Truly a great agent!
